Corporate Sector
In 2014, we prepared the building engineering design and complete construction of Vodafone’s A-category, 1,600 m2 office located in the Macropolis center in Miskolc.
Private Investment
In 2019 we completed the building engineering design and complete construction of the Dayka Apartment Garden – an 83-apartment residence building. The building complex provides comfort for the residents with heat pump cooling/heating, controlled apartment ventilation, and the most modern energy solutions.
Industrial facility
KISERŐ Energy Supply Ltd. – Redesigning the complete heating system (7.8 km) of the Sajóbábony Chemical Park (integrating a biomass-fired power plant into a gas engine power plant system, rationalizing the operation of the heat center with a one-year payback period. We have designed complete industrial automation systems with remote access.
Public buildings
In 2018 and 2020, we completed two major projects at the University of Miskolc: the general construction of the EMC electromagnetic measurement laboratory and the complete renovation, design and building services engineering of the University Hall.
